John Wick

Director: Chad Stahelski and David Leitch

Review: Wavers a little towards the end but delivers with a lot of stripped down action sequences and an exciting tone.

Watch it if: You're ok with a lot of violence.

Penguins of Madagascar

Director: Eric Darnell and Simon J. Smith

Review: Follows a formula in a few spots where it really doesn't need to but never slows down long enough for it to really be a problem and is otherwise jam-packed with jokes.

Watch it if: You want something light and silly.

And if you liked: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, Probably the other Madagascar films? I haven't actually seen them
